- 1 lb Beef Short Rib
- ii cups beef goop
- four cloves minced garlic
- 100 gram Onion
- 100 gram carrot
- 100 gram radishes
- 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- ane/2 tsp xanthan Gum
- one tbsp Butter
- ane tbsp kokosnoot oil

Chop the curt rib into bite sized chunks, table salt and pepper and fix bated.
